- Net loss runs Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59 Ghana time (GMT).
Net Loss = Total Deposits − Total Withdrawals − Account Balance at Sunday 23:59 (open bets count as part of your balance).
- Weekly cashback is calculated automatically by the system using this formula.
Example: deposit GHS 800, withdraw GHS 200, Sunday 23:59 balance GHS 100 → net loss GHS 500 → cashback GHS 25.
- Minimum net loss of GHS 10 to qualify. There is no weekly maximum.
- Claim every Monday, 00:00–23:59 Ghana time (GMT), from the "Bonus Claim" section — it's credited instantly. Unclaimed cashback expires after that window.
